The Adminstration and Finance Department encompasses the following:

City Manager: Linda Kelly is the City Manager.
Finance/Utilities/Personnel: Carol E. Giovanatto is the Assistant City Manager and City Treasurer.
City Clerk: Gay Rainsbarger is the City Clerk.
City Attorney: Jeffrey Walter, of Walter & Pistole, is the Interim City Attorney
