528 Third Street East – Demolition, Design Review, and Use Permit to Reconstruct a Non-Confirming Garage

On May 21, 2019, the Design Review and Historic Preservation Commission (DRHPC) discussed a proposal to demolish the existing residence and consider new building elevations for a new single-family residence at 528 Third Street East. The DRHPC requested that a peer review be facilitated by the City of Sonoma. The DRHPC will ultimately provide a recommendation to the Planning Commission at a future date.
