Charlotte Hajer is the Executive Director of the Sonoma Community Center, building on a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Through her work with organizations in San Francisco and Napa County, she brings broad experience with organizational management, strategic planning and impact evaluation, staff development, fundraising, and storytelling. She holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego, and a BA from the University of Chicago. She is passionate about building communities where all people feel seen, celebrated, and included. Originally from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Charlotte has lived on three continents and is now happily settled in Sonoma with her husband and two young sons.
