By checking this box, I agree to the following terms.

I hereby apply for water service at the above premises, and I agree to use and pay for water in accordance with the rates, rules and regulations established by the City Council of the City of Sonoma. I understand that there will be a $27.00 Start of Service Fee and a $150 Deposit Fee applied to my first bill. The deposit will be held for a period of two years of service with no delinquencies, water shutoffs, or returned checks. Upon completion of the two-year period meeting the Service Fee and the original deposit (if not previously applied), will be applied to the water account. Upon termination of water service, a $27.00 Stop of Service Fee and the original deposit (if not previously applied), will be applied to the water account.
