On May 12, 2022 the Planning Commission considered the Hummingbird Cottages project and voted 5-1 to deny the project and directed staff to draft a Resolution of Denial.
On June 2, 2022, the Planning Commission is tentatively scheduled to Consider, discuss and take possible action to adopt a Resolution denying or approving a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for Condominium Purposes, Demolition, Design Review, and Landscape Plan applications PN: 21-014 of DeNova Homes for the development of nine single family residences and three duplex buildings (containing six units) at 19910 Fifth Street West.
