- A resolution accepting the certification of both the City Council race and the adoption of Measure S
- Presentation to Outgoing Council Member Gary Edwards
- Recognition of Re-Elected Council Members and Introduction and Oath of Office of New Council Member
- Selection of New Mayor & Vice Mayor
