City Council Reorganization was on the agenda at the December 7th meeting of the Sonoma City Council. The reorganization included the recognition of outgoing councilmembers Madolyn Agrimonti and Bob Felder, and Vice Mayor Kelso Barnett,  the introduction and oath of office of new council members Patricia Ferrar-Rivas, John Gurney, and Ron Wellander, and a presentation of a gavel and recognition of outgoing Mayor Jack Ding. Sandra Lowe was selected to serve as mayor in 2023 and John Gurney was chosen as the new vice mayor.
