The City of Sonoma Cultural and Fine Arts Commission is now accepting applications for the 2022 Student Creative Arts Award Program. This award program is open to high school Juniors and Seniors, who reside within the Sonoma Valley Unified School District, and who have a strong interest in visual, literary, or performing arts.
Applicants must submit a completed application form, a 200 to 500-word statement explaining the role that art has played in their life and what their plans are for continuing their artistic training, AND examples of their work, dependent upon their discipline. Applicants must be available to participate in an in-person interview with the Commission on June 6, 2022. Finalists will be notified by May 31, 2022.
The application deadline to submit an entry has passed. The submissions can be viewed at City Hall.
