The City is postponing consideration of the Gateway Mixed Use Development project that was scheduled for the October 1 Council meeting. The item is being postponed to allow City staff sufficient time to complete the necessary additional technical analysis and furnish a thorough report for consideration. In addition, the Applicant has submitted revisions which are also being reviewed.
The Gateway project is a mixed-use development featuring 33 residential units and 3,100 square feet of commercial space proposed for the Sonoma Truck and Auto site, located at 870 Broadway.
A new hearing date will be determined at the October 1st Council meeting.
