A regular meeting of the Sonoma City Council will be held on Wednesday, September 21st at 6:00 pm. View the full agenda, including items on the consent calendar on our CivicWeb Portal. The item to be considered on the regular calendar are:

  • Ratify Mayor’s Ding Nominations to the Sonoma Valley Citizen’s Advisory Commission
  • Provide Direction to Staff to Continue the Sonoma Al Fresco Program to April 1, 2023, as Previously Adopted or Discontinue the Program on an Earlier Date and/or Commence the Process to Establish a Sonoma Plaza Master Plan
  • Possible Changes to the Council Commission and Committee Appointment Policy and Give Direction Regarding the Seating of the Newly Formed Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission and Climate Action Commission
  • a Resolution Authorizing a Public Improvement Cost-Sharing Policy for the Construction, Repair, or Reconstruction of Certain Necessary Offsite Public Improvements
  • Beginning of a Process to Develop a Sonoma Plaza/Depot Park/Downtown Masterplan

The meeting will be held at City Council Chambers at 177 First St. West and can also be viewed on channel 27 or on the City’s CivicWeb portal. This is a “hybrid meeting” in that those interested in participating can do so in person or virtually on Zoom.
