Appointments are now open for:

  • Those ages 70 and older,
  • Phase 1(a) Healthcare Workers,
  • Phase 1(b) Food & Agriculture PRODUCTION that live or work in Sonoma County (no grocery store workers, restaurant, hospitality, food-beverage sales/service at this time)
    Phase 1(b) Childcare Essential Workers, Education Essential Workers – that live or work in Sonoma County

Sonoma Valley Health Partners will return to the Sonoma Valley High School parking lot for a one-day, drive-through COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Sunday, February 21st, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Appointments and proof of eligibility are required. Find details, eligibility requirements and sign up at:

The best, most efficient way to make an appointment is to sign up directly online. The vaccination clinic has been organized by Sonoma Valley Health Partners, a collaborative effort that includes Sonoma Valley Hospital, Sonoma Valley Community Health Center, Sonoma Valley Fire District, Schell-Vista FPD, City of Sonoma, Sonoma Valley Unified School District and the Catalyst Fund.
