Traffic Hazard Online Reporting Form

August 4, 2025

Before You Begin

Neighborhood traffic safety concerns are most effective when they reflect the experiences of more than one resident. Including names of other residents who share your concern helps demonstrate that it is a broader neighborhood issue and not an isolated experience. While this is not required to submit the form, stronger community support will be considered during the City’s review process, including by the Traffic Safety Committee.

If you can, we encourage you to talk with neighbors and include their names and contact information in the “Neighborhood Supporters” section of the form or upload an additional list.

Important:

  • This form is intended only for areas within the City of Sonoma city limits. Please do not submit this form for locations in unincorporated Sonoma Valley communities such as El Verano, Boyes Hot Springs, or Agua Caliente, or for other cities such as Santa Rosa. Reports for areas outside City limits cannot be processed by the City of Sonoma.
  • Reports are not addressed immediately; they are reviewed through a multi-step process by City staff, the Traffic Safety Committee, and public safety partners, so if this is an urgent matter or emergency, please contact the Sonoma Police Department or dial 9-1-1.
