City Council Meeting
The December 3 City Council meeting includes a public hearing on adoption of the 2025 California Building Standards Code along with associated local amendments, the final step in the triennial code update process. The Council will also continue its study session on mobilehome park closures and conversions, reviewing policy options and recent state law changes to help shape future ordinance updates.
The City Council meets regularly at the City Council Chambers, 177 First St. West, and meetings are broadcast on Channel 27 and available for live streaming on the City’s CivicWeb portal.

Public Comment
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in City Council meetings by attending in person or submitting comments online through the public comment form on the City’s CivicWeb portal. Comments submitted in advance will be uploaded to the public correspondence folder on the CivicWeb portal for review prior to the meeting but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
