Lights of Remembrance

By The Bay Health’s Lights of Remembrance is at 6:00PM on Sunday, December 7, 2025 in Sonoma Plaza. Join us for our annual community tree-lighting as we remember friends and relatives who have been lights in our lives. This short ceremony will feature inspiring messages, candle-lighting, music, reflection, and free hot apple cider.
