Music In Place Sunday Concerts Series

Music in Place presents the third annual free and accessible concert series on the Sonoma Plaza May to mid-October. Don’t miss out on excellent, culturally relevant performances, made available so that everyone can access the power of music! Each three-hour concert starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm, please see below for a full schedule of events.

Join MIP for a special presentation of two dynamic local acts – “Groove Incident” and the “Sonoma Shakers.” The opening event of Music in Place’s Sonoma Sundays on the Plaza.

• September 8, 2024 – Local Edition Jazz Orchestra
  • The Local Edition Jazz Orchestra is a diverse group of long-time friends that have played alongside one another for years. The ensemble ranges from having as few as 8 to as many as 18 participants performing with occasional guest singers such as Billy Valentine, Bud E. Luv (aka Bobby Vickers), and Tom Scott.
