Planning Commission Meeting

At their January 16th meeting, the Sonoma Planning Commission will elect a Chair and Vice-Chair for 2025 and hold public hearings on design review and variance applications, including modifications to exterior lighting at 35 West Napa Street and setback variances for new single-family dwellings at 660 and 670 Oak Lane. The Planning Commission meets regularly at the City Council Chambers, 177 First St. West, and meetings are broadcast on Channel 27 and available for live streaming on the City’s CivicWeb portal.
Public Comment
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in Commission meetings by attending in person or submitting comments online through the public comment form on the City’s CivicWeb portal. Comments submitted in advance will be uploaded to the public correspondence folder on the CivicWeb portal for review prior to the meeting but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
