Planning Commission Meeting
At its upcoming regular meeting, the Sonoma Planning Commission will consider a time extension for the Sebastiani Theatre project and a use permit for a wine bar and tap room on Broadway. The Commission will also hold a study session on a proposed multi-family residential development and discuss design standards for minor modifications to nonresidential structures. The Planning Commission meets regularly at the City Council Chambers, 177 First St. West, and meetings are broadcast on Channel 27 and available for live streaming on the City’s CivicWeb portal.
Public Comment
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in Commission meetings by attending in person or submitting comments online through the public comment form on the City’s CivicWeb portal. Comments submitted in advance will be uploaded to the public correspondence folder on the CivicWeb portal for review prior to the meeting but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
