Celebrate your mind, body and spirit in the beauty of the historic Sonoma Plaza. 3 classes offered to flow with our community on the summer solstice rejoicing in International Yoga Day. Gather your friends and family! Follow the after party at Darling Winery for a sip and a nosh at 7pm that evening with raffle prizes!

 

YOGA LOCATION: 1 The Plaza (on the Sonoma Square, various locations) 

9:30-10:30AM Yoga For All: Teacher, Joanna Brown & Lisa Willett (North back lawn)

11:00-11:30AM Kids Yoga: Teacher, Elizabeth Piazza (1 guardian present) (Northwest back lawn)

6:00-7:00PM Sunset Vinyasa: Teachers: Ashley Darling, Andrea Bogart & Lisa Carlsson

7:00PM After Party at Darling Wines (27 East Napa St. Ste. A) with Euphoria Retreats & Sonoma Yoga.
