Parks Supervisor
The City of Sonoma is seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional to join its leadership team as Parks Supervisor in the Parks & Recreation Department. This position oversees the Parks, Cemeteries, and Facilities Division, supervising a team of five staff and working closely with colleagues to support special events, arts & culture, and recreation initiatives that enrich community life.
The Parks Supervisor manages day-to-day maintenance and operations of the City’s parks, cemeteries, open spaces, and facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike. The role also includes budget administration, contractor oversight, and occasional evening and weekend work to support City events.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in parks and facilities operations, hands-on supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and public service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $88,057 – $107,034 DOE
