Meet Michelle Fajardo, our New Public Works Administrative and Project Manager

Michelle Fajardo, Public Works Administrative and Project ManagerPlease welcome our new Public Works Administrative and Project Manager, Michelle Fajardo.

Michelle brings 11 years of experience with Sonoma County Transportation and Public Works, where she worked on over 100 Capital Improvement projects in project management, bridge administration, road engineering design, AutoCAD drafting, project financing and land surveying.  Most recently she worked for an architectural firm as a Construction Administration Assistant Project Manager upgrading and building new high schools.  She also has a background in Business Administration and Management.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, an Associate in Science degree in Applied Technology (Land Surveying emphasis) and an Associate in Arts Degree in Liberal Arts.  She has also acquired her Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) Certificate, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate Certificate and possesses a California Real Estate License.

Michelle has lived in Sonoma County for 18 years and enjoys hiking trails in the redwoods and along the coast.  She appreciates different genres of music and volunteers for the San Francisco Jazz Organization.  She loves sailing and scuba diving and belongs to the Yacht Club in San Francisco.  Her passion is traveling around the world and immersing herself in other cultures.
