This meeting is an opportunity for the public to learn more about the General Plan Update and provide input on environmental issues to be studied in the EIR. Comments are also being accepted during the NOP review period, open through September 29, 2025.
The Notice of Preparation includes a description of the project, a draft land use map, and a list of environmental topics proposed for analysis.
