November Water Billing Statements

Please be advised that this month’s water statements will be mailed out a bit later than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our goal is to have them mailed out by the end of this week. If you are signed up to receive paperless billing, you will receive a notification letting you know when a new statement is available. Should you wish to sign up for paperless billing, sign up for auto-pay, or view your statements online – please go to the City of Sonoma’s Online BillPay to register for an online account. UPDATE as of 11/18/19: The November water bills have been sent out as of this morning. Customers signed up for paperless billing will receive theirs today, while customers signed up to receive paper bills will receive theirs over the next few days. Thank you!
