Based on high winds forecasted, the Sonoma Plaza Park will be closed on Sunday, October 27. Signage will be posted at the park on late Saturday afternoon. The City Hall driveway will also be closed on Sunday, and the Sonoma County transit bus stop will relocate from the driveway to Napa Street directly in front on City Hall (near the bell). The Visitors Center and Carnegie Building restrooms will remain open and accessible from 1st St East. All streets surrounding the Plaza remain open. Based on the most recent information from PG&E (psps.ss.pge.com), Plaza businesses are NOT included in the planned power shutoff area (PSPS), and are anticipated to be open as normal on Sunday (unless they indicate otherwise).
Current plans are to reopen the Park on Monday; updates will be provided.
