The City of Sonoma has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified Contractors to provide on-call tree maintenance and Certified Arborist consulting services. - Pre-Proposal Questions Deadline: All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024. A single document addressing all received inquiries will be issued thereafter.
- Proposal Closing Date: The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 p.m. on May 17, 2024. Proposals must be received by the City at the following address:

Sonoma, CA 95476 - Submission Requirements: Contractors must submit three (3) bound hardcopies and one (1) unbound hardcopy of their proposals. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Confidentiality: All proposals will become part of the official records of the City of Sonoma and will not be returned. Contractors are reminded that contacting other City staff or Council Members regarding the RFP before the announcement of the selected contractor is prohibited.
