The City of Sonoma is inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide professional services for a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of key City-owned facilities. The selected consultant will evaluate the existing condition of City buildings and related systems and develop recommendations to inform long-term maintenance, repair, and replacement planning.

This project will result in a detailed assessment of facility conditions and a proposed ten-year capital maintenance and replacement plan to support informed decision-making, prioritization of investments, and long-range planning for City facilities

Key Dates:

  • RFP Released: January 6, 2026
  • Questions Due: January 19, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
  • Responses to Questions Posted: January 26, 2026
  • Proposals Due: February 20, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
  • Contract Authorization: March 4, 2026 (anticipated)
