The Rosé 5K and Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon return to the Sonoma Plaza this weekend, bringing thousands of runners and visitors to the area. Please be advised that both events will result in temporary road closures and traffic delays.
Rosé 5K – Saturday, July 19, 2025
Motorists should expect traffic impacts along the 5K race route between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., depending on location. The race starts on East Napa Street at the Sonoma Plaza and follows a loop through nearby residential streets before finishing back on East Napa Street.
Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon – Sunday, July 20, 2025
The half marathon begins at 7:00 a.m. in Napa (Duhig Road) and finishes in Sonoma at the Plaza on East Napa Street. Runners will enter the City of Sonoma via East Napa Street from 7th Street East. Expect traffic delays between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., particularly near the Plaza.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate routes, and allow extra travel time.
