To implement this redesigned Homeless System of Care, county partners have established a new leadership structure that will set a vision, make decisions, and measure results for ending homelessness throughout the region. There will be a nine-member Leadership Council and a 25-member Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), comprised of community experts who can make the Sonoma County Homeless System of Care’s vision a reality.
