Planning Commission Meeting

The City of Sonoma Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, May 16th at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. Find the complete agenda including items on the consent calendar on our CivicWeb Portal. The commission will hold a public hearing on the application of Kelso Barnett and North of the Mission LLC for the construction of 31 for-sale condominium residences on a 2-acre parcel at 254 First Street East and adjustments to parking requirements. The items for discussion will be the FY 23-24 work program, ad hoc committees, and proposed additions for next year of tree priorities and a night sky ordinance.

Meetings are held at City Council Chambers at 177 First St. West and can be viewed on channel 27 or the City’s CivicWeb portal.

To make a public comment, individuals are encouraged to either attend the meeting in person and speak during the designated public comment period related to the agenda item they wish to address or submit comments in advance online* through our public comment form on our CivicWeb Portal. Please be aware that all comments not submitted in advance must be presented in person.
