At their May 20th Meeting, the Sonoma City Council discussed and gave direction to staff to prepare a draft ordinance to create a local minimum wage, see wage rates and components. Based on this direction, the City Attorney drafted a local minimum wage ordinance which will be considered for action by the City Council (first reading of the ordinance) at its June 3, 2019 meeting.
