Public Hearing for Mockingbird Lane at Planning Commission Meeting – January 10

The application for vesting tentative subdivision map for the Mockingbird Lane project at 853 Fourth Street West returns to the Planning Commission on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 6:30 pm.  The application was continued at the December 13, 2018 meeting to allow staff time to provide additional information regarding the environmental review it conducted pursuant to CEQA and to provide the Commission with an updated set of conditions of approval should they wish to approve the project. At Thursday’s meeting, the Planning Commission will consider:

  • A Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15332 of the State CEQA Guidelines, for in-fill development projects; and
  • A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to Subdivide an Existing 4.87- acre lot into 18 legal lots
