The City of Sonoma invites you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for 1 retail and 1 non-store front retail Commercial Cannabis Business (CCB).
As adopted and approved by the City Council, the City of Sonoma is opening a Request for Proposal process for applications on January 3, 2020, for 1 retail and 1 non-store front retail CCB. This application process is adopted pursuant to the Sonoma Administrative Regulations Implementing Ordinance No. 03-2019.
The application process to operate a CCB in Sonoma opens today, January 3, 2020. Learn more about the application process, schedule and required forms on the Cannabis Retail RFP web page. Applications are available online or from the Planning Department located in Sonoma City Hall at No. 1 The Plaza. To be considered for issuance of a CCB, final applications must be submitted by February 21, 2020, to the City Clerk located at No. 1 The Plaza, Sonoma, CA, 95476 by 3:00 P.M.
