Altamira Apartment Project Approval Appealed

At its meeting of November 9, 2017, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the project and approved the use permit.  Since that time, an appeal has been received.  It is anticipated that the appeal of the Planning Commission decision on this project will be heard by the City Council in early 2018.

On July 17, 2017, the City Council accepted the bids and awarded the 2017 Citywide Slurry Seal Project (No. 1701) contract to American Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing Co., Inc. with an authorized construction amount (with contingency) of $149,015.74.
