Project Description: The proposed development project consists of 120 units with a 5% affordability component, designed within ten 3-story apartment buildings oriented around interior courtyards, with surrounding surface parking and a single-story clubhouse. The  approximately 2.5 acre parcel and proposed project would require prezoning and annexation into the city limits.
