Project Description:

Vineyard Crossing Housing Project is a proposal to develop a 2.88-acre parcel with 51 all-electric, solar townhome-style condominiums, organized into two- and three-story buildings. The two-story structures would be street facing to maintain compatibility with the neighborhood, while the three-story structures will be positioned on the interior of the parcel.

The parcel is currently located within the County’s jurisdiction and will require Annexation for the development to be approved. Other approvals include Prezoning, a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, a Use Permit, Demolition Permit, Design Review, a Sign Permit, and Tree Removal Permit. The applicant is also requesting reductions in development standards pursuant to the State Density Bonus Law. The applicant proposes development of 5% low-income deed-restricted units, 10% moderate-income deed-restricted units, and 10% missing middle deed-restricted units.
