The City of Sonoma proudly embraces the spirit of global collaboration by fostering relationships with seven vibrant sister cities. These international bonds not only enrich our community but also contribute to the tapestry of shared experiences that make Sonoma a truly exceptional place to live.

In a world that is constantly evolving, sister cities serve as bridges that span continents, facilitating the exchange of ideas, traditions, and innovations. The City of Sonoma believes in the transformative impact of these connections, recognizing that the strength of a community lies in its ability to reach across oceans and build lasting friendships.

Today, SSCA has seven sister city relationships that extend to four continents: Aswan, Chamson, Greve in Chianti, Kaniv, Patzcuaro, Penglai, and Tokaj.
